ShowItAgain, a sister-brother lead, family run, live event filming service covering West Wales and beyond.
We film a wide range of live performances, from dance shows to professional and amateur theatre, school productions and nursery nativities.
We don't think of ourselves as a professional camera crew, we're just a family with a love for live events. We started filming shows after being unsatisfied with DVDs of live shows we had attended that had been "professionally" filmed and over edited.
That's not to say we don't edit the footage at all! We use an unintrusive multi-camera/mic setup to try to capture the best audio and shots of all the action. We like our videos to feel as close as possible to really being sat in the auditorium, but in the best seat.

For event organisers who plan on selling DVDs/USBs of the event. | Intended for event organisers who are unable to sell videos of their event (e.g. for licensing issues). We film the event for your archives. |
1) We come along and film for free. | 1) We come along and film for free. |
2) We send you a free example of the Premium DVD and USB to look over, and you tell us if you want any changes. | 2) We send you a free test DVD, and you tell us if you want any changes. |
3) People order the DVD or USB from you (or, at your request, from us). No minimum order quantity! Once you're happy with the footage you send us the order money. | 3) Only if and when you're happy with the result, you pay us our fee. |
4) We send the DVDs/USBs to you to distribute (or, at your request, we send them directly to the buyers). | 4) We send you a full quality copy of the edited and unedited footage on USB. |
If the event is on multiple times, our preference is to film all of them. We prefer to then make copies of all the performances available to the audience and/or you, instead of making a "best of". For us, little (or sometimes big) differences between different performances are what truly makes going to a live event.
We're very flexible and happy to adapt anything to fully meet the requirements of your event.
We can also film dress rehearsals (instead of, or preferably as well as, the live event).
Filming fee | £0 |

Basic DVD | £3 |
Premium DVD | £6 |
USB (1080p HD and 4K UHD) | £8 |
We come along and film for free.
We cover out costs and fees though DVD/USB sales to the audience.
Unlike other filming services we don't have a minimum order quantity.
We charge a minimal fee per DVD/USB, because we know from experience that if prices are kept low, plenty of people will want to buy a copy.
Because we don't have a minimum order quantity, there's no risk of you ending up with a bill.
At your request we can provide paper order forms to be handed out at the event, or a link to a digital order form.
Many event organisers add a small amount to cover their time, or act as a fundraiser. We recommend keeping this to a maximum of £2 per item, as lower cost increases sales.
Normally we send all DVDs/USBs to you to distribute to the buyers. The cost of this is included. At your request we can send DVDs/USBs directly to the buyers at an additional cost of £2 per item.
Note about multiple performances: If we're filming multiple performances of the same event, we recommend selling all performances together as a "box-set". Box-set prices start at the rates above, and then increase £2 per additional performance.
Filming fee | £30 per hour of filming - only paid when you are happy with the result |
---|---|
Test DVD and final USB | £0 |
Our fee is a simple £30 per hour of filming (rounded down to the nearest pound if needed).
For example if your event lasts 90 minutes, it would cost £45. If the event is on twice, and you want us to film both performances, the total would be £90.
We don't charge for setup time, the intermission (unless you want it filmed), or any editing.
And most importantly, you don't pay a penny unless you're happy with the result.
We understand that for some events every last penny has been poured into opening night, so we're happy to do "film now, pay later" if required.
Going back everyone had a DVD player, now less and less people do. However DVDs still remain a popular choice for live event sales.
The main disadvantage of DVDs is that they are SD (standard definition).
We offer Basic or Premium DVDs. The quality and content of the disc is the same for both.
To keep prices as low as possible, the Basic DVD is just a disc in a plastic pocket. A good budget option.
The Premium DVD comes in a nice case, with a cover and disc art. They look great on the shelf, and make a nice gift.
The USB stick looks a little boring compared to the Premium DVD, but has a big advantage... the USB contains the event in both 1080p Full HD and 2160p 4K Ultra HD.
The USB is "plug and play" in over 99% of TVs made since 2015, as well as many games consoles, DVD/Blu-ray players and almost 100% of PCs and laptops.
